Robustness of odd-parity superconductivity with spin-orbit locking

We study the effect of disorder on odd-parity superconductivity in doped narrow gap semiconductors. The band structure of these materials has a strong spin-orbital locking, which significantly suppresses the pair decoherence introduced by impurity scattering.
