The ideal square lattice composed of triangle units is introduced and studied. In the square lattice every unit has three ions and only one ion charge, the ion charge is randomly distributed on one A ion and two B ions with different possibility. The position difference between A-B ions induce an lattice deformation with fixed amplitude, and it is proved that such lattice has an negative energy gap that can be greatly bigger than that of normal metal superconductor, and may be helpful to understand the mechanism of cuprate superconductor.
